HOLY WEEK 2023 OFFERINGS
PALM SUNDAY (4/20) - GOOD FRIDAY (4/7)
Reservations are required for all YogaFaith Classes

The Labyrinth will be set out for Palm Sunday by 1pm and remain out through Good Friday @4pm.

The Labyrinth will be available to walk from:
1pm Palm Sunday (4/2) - 4pm Good Friday (4/7).

for which reservations are required.
Private appointments can me made for personal prayer and walk times.
4/5 ~ WEDNESDAY ~ 6:30pm-7:45pm YogaFaith GENTLE FLOW Class
held on the Labyrinth + Sound Bath + Labyrinth Walk
This is a full 1-hour YogaFaith class, followed by a luxurious 15-minute SoundBath:
*Gentle Flow
*All levels welcome
*Christ-Centered
*Meditative Movements sprinkled with prayer, scripture, and worship music
As we end the yoga portion in a resting pose, we will transition into deeper relaxation through a SoundBath with our beautiful crystal singing bowls. We ask that you commit to both so that the transition will remain uninterrupted for all participants. It is truly unique & quite peaceful.
Following the SoundBath, we will remove all items from the Labyrinth and you will have the opportunity to walk the Labyrinth. Please bring a pair of white socks.

No experience is necessary. Please let us know if you will need special accommodations; modifications are offered to all.
If you need any yoga supplies, please let us know to set aside some for you.
Otherwise please bring your own mat, blocks, straps, blankets, etc.
We understand "life" happens. If for some reason you need to cancel this class, we will be more than glad to apply your payment to another class within 6 months.
Our new punch card for 2023 - 10 elements = a free offering. This class will earn you 3 punches!
