YogaFaith + SoundBath during a Day of Reflection
This is a full 1-hour YogaFaith class, followed by a luxurious 15-minute SoundBath:
*Gentle Flow
*All levels welcome
*Christ-Centered
*Meditative Movements sprinkled with prayer, scripture, and worship music
As we end the yoga portion in a resting pose, we will transition into deeper relaxation through a SoundBath with our beautiful crystal singing bowls. We ask that you commit to both so that the transition will remain uninterrupted for all participants. It is truly unique & quite peaceful.

No experience is necessary. Please let us know if you will need special accommodations; modifications are offered to all.
If you need any yoga supplies, please let us know to set aside some for you.
Otherwise please bring your own mat, blocks, straps, blankets, etc.
We understand "life" happens. If for some reason you need to cancel this class, we will be more than glad to apply your payment to another class within 6 months.
