Nickie is back ~ YogaFaith will be followed
by a SoundBath ~ Class will end @6:45pm.
We are so excited to announce that Laurie has resumed
Wednesday Evening YogaFaith classes at Urban Sanctuary,
at our new time ~ 5:30pm ~ through Dec. 20th
We have both had full schedules since May and we are ready
to get back on the mat and stretch into fall!
Her 1-hour classes include:
* Gentle Flow
* All levels welcome
* Christ-Centered
* Meditative Movements sprinkled with prayer, scripture, and worship music
** As we end the yoga portion in a resting pose, we will often transition into deeper relaxation through a 10-15min. SoundBath with our beautiful crystal singing bowls (when Nickie is available). We ask that you commit to both, when offered, so that the transition will remain uninterrupted for all participants.
It is truly unique & quite peaceful.
***Please Note: If you have a medical device implanted, or have a history of epileptic seizures, please let us know that you may be exiting that portion of class. The vibration from the singing bowls, while healing to most, may be problematic for others. Please contact Nickie at VisistUrbanSanctuary.com if you would like a demonstration.
