Learn basic embroidery stitches with cotton floss, then recreate them with silk ribbon, then embellish them with beads.  You will have a 'working sampler', to keep practicing on as you learn new embellishments.  This is a prerequisite for any of the Crazy Quilting classes, unless you can demonstrate proficiency with these basic skills. A linen cloth and all threads, silk, beads and needles are included.  You will need to purchase an 11" x 11" square plastic frame unless you prefer another kind.  I do have a few on hand for you to sample during this class.
