Join us for a few hours of reflection upon the pilgrimage Mary and Joseph took to Bethlehem where Jesus was born.  Use their story to consider what preparations you are making for the arrival of Christ into your life. If you were an innkeeper (which, in a way, you are), would there be room for him at your inn? 

A light stretching session by Laurie will provide a lovely break mid-way through the day.

A light lunch, refreshments and a journal will be provided, or you may bring your own. 

An opportunity to make a pilgrimage of your own, incorporating what you have discovered, by walking a labyrinth included.

We will end the day with deep relaxation, reflection of the day, and a lovely SoundBath.
