You schedule your preferred time on our website calendar in 2 - hour blocks, but you can stay as long as you’d like between 1-7pm.

In the spirit of monasteries and abbeys around the world, we have collaborated with Sean at Cole Street Brewery to create two new brews for us: Urban Sanctuary Labyrinth Lager and Lavender Lager.
He did an amazing job!!! Go ask for a sample.
Tickets are available at both locations, for different specials at each location; don’t forget to ask about them!

Yesssss, it’s been far toooooo long since you’ve heard from me, but we’ve been busy behind the scenes. There are many reasons, but suffice to say we are ready to welcome you back to Urban Sanctuary! Street repairs are almost complete here at 1221 Myrtle Ave! Whoo hoo! The alley will soon be done, but the street is now passable, and the sidewalk will be walkable by evening Wed, May 11th. This is just in time to join us for our new YogaFaith Spring Series (6-weeks), “Armor Up”, every Wednesday, 6:30-7:30pm, May 11th - June 15th. Planning my First Anniversary celebration the first of May was also delayed. Being notorious for making lemonade out of lemons, I’ve decided to have random events all month long! Please stop by for some unique new surprises!!!
MOM’S NIGHT OUT - ENUMCLAW - SATURDAY, MAY 14TH 3PM-9PM

We will be showcasing some of our new products from specialty printed shirts to our handmade relaxation and pampering products.
We will offer demos starting 3:00pm on Saturday, to show you how easy, relaxing and fun making a few things can be:
Blessing Sticks (natural incense aromatherapy)
Dot Painted Rocks (Mandala-style)
Needle Felting Critters (ladybugs and bumble bees for starters)
Create your own Gift Set from our variety of natural aromatic products,
including Bath Salts, Essential Oil Roller Balls, Eye Pillows, and,
Candle, Matches & Sand sets for your incense and of course, our Blessing Sticks.
You may visit us any time, Saturday, 1:00-7:00pm for demos. Or, you may make an appointment for the following week (Thurs., May 18 - Sat., May 21, between 1:00-7:00pm). I will be in the studio working and would love to share these creative activities with you in three ways:
as a brief demo (@15 minutes, no charge)
as a workshop, where you rent workspace and work with some of your supplies and/or mine ($15/hr for space, additional costs for supplies, if necessary, will be discussed prior to your appointment)
as a class, where I supply all materials, supplies and instruction to complete your project. The cost is dependent upon the actual activity and varies from about $25 - $65. Some supplies are available for purchase, if you end up loving the activity and want to continue on your own. This, too, can be discussed prior to your appointment.
*** Great for small groups up to 8 participants: families, teens, men’s/women’s groups, staff bonding, bridal parties, etc. . . .

We are so grateful for all the new friends we’ve made in Enumclaw, each of our clients, and especially within the small business community of encouragers and supporters! It is an amazing collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce, the Mayor and City Council, the Police Department and fellow business owners. I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of this energetic, ambitious and creative group who work so hard and collaboratively for each other’s success! I think it’s remarkable and a bit rare! But, most importantly are those who have entrusted us with your spiritual care; without you, we would not be building new programs to help you keep fit spiritually. We look forward to another year of yoga, labyrinths, and inspiring and creative activities to share with you!
